This location has Excellent Customer Service, employees are friendly. The waiting area is very clean and organized. Highly recommend

This is the most honest and trustworthy shop we have ever encountered. We brought our car in for a rear break job that was recommended by our auto-dealer's service department. (Dealer's estimate was over $700). Certified did an inspection and told us the work was not needed. In fact, probably would not be needed for some time. Brakes had plenty of pad left on them-7mm. They actually showed me the pads. This is the second time that they have saved us from unnecessary dealer recommended service. They have been servicing one of our vehicles for years. The work is always impeccable and pricing is waaay fair. I highly recommend this shop. Great folks, friendly, and knowledgable. Thank you again Certified Auto!!! :)

This was my first time @ Certified Tire. My husband and I were very impressed and satisfied with our service. Tim was amazing and walked us through what was recommended and physically showed us on our vehicle. They treated my Old Ford F-150 with the respect she deserved. We have finally found our auto service home. Thanks to all you guys.

Their service is excellent, the labor and customer care! Tom, the manager is very friendly and takes time with each client. Was able to get in and out prior to work. I am also an Independent Agent for AAA, as well as an AAA Member - which makes anyone eligible for discounts.
